To promote development of agriculture, technology, human resources, education, and research through promotion of social, economic and cultural awareness, ecological and environmental protection.
To work for social welfare by representing the views, concerns, problems of disadvantaged communities to appropriate authorities to aid them in overcoming their disadvantage, and integrate themselves into the national mainstream.
